Will the Justice Society rescue itself in time? Although quite a formidable opponent, Mordru here was introduced as an idiot. I like the traps set for the JSA members, but unfortunately, Willingham broke a golden rule for such stories. The hero, to earn his stripes and the respect of readers has to figure out a way to defeat the threat that cancels his powers using his brain otherwise there is nothing special about him. Even if another member were to retrieve them later from the dimensions they were banished, the heroes still should have solved their immediate problems. It seems that Willingham thought of good traps for the JSA but fail to follow through with a satisfying resolution.   Travis Moore is a solid artist but the inking of Dan Green could have been stronger.
