In the opening panels of this issue Batman defuses tension between Deadshot and Harley Quinn (seems it doesn’t matter what reality exists romantic entanglements in the work place can be messy) by revealing the person in charge. Holy Sh$t, it's Ra’s all Ghul. Wow just when you thought this alternate reality couldn’t get any more messed up. The one thing that may not be a surprise in the opening pages of this comic is that Harley isn’t really on board with Ra’s and his plan.

This title has naturally carried over what happens next after you beat “the big bad” especially when said bad guy was at one time one of the greatest heroes the world has ever seen. It addresses the old adage about once overcoming tyranny its difficult not to become tyrants. There is an equal measure of heart and humour in the writing and the art is great. The characters are drawn differently than their regular counterparts which makes sense as it is an alternative reality.
