Crisis
continues on Mogo, as the weather is out of control – which, for a
sentient planet, is hardly an encouraging development. Even more alarming is a

As for the
stars of this series, Jessica is
receiving clandestine communications from her ring, while Simon is a bit more

This issue
develops the story further, adding additional clues as to the nature of the

Mike Perkins
artwork continues to displease, though not as much as before. He appears to be
settling in, growing more comfortable with the challenges of the title, and
discovering how best to render its unique characters and concepts more
effectively. I’m optimistic he will have a handle on it in due time, given the
opportunity.
