Maps is on the trail of the Terrible Trio, a secret society dwelling in Gotham Academy. Meanwhile, fellow Detective Club member Olive is on the trail of the Penguin (well, sort of). Olive is possessed by the spirit of her ancestor, who was sentenced to death for witchcraft by the more powerful families in Gotham – names than include Cobblepot and Wayne, among others.

But what is the intent behind the Terrible Trio? And what role do the play in Olive Silverlock’s predicament. And what does Batman do after the swinging stops?

Events continue to build toward a conclusion in this all-ages book. But the term “all-ages” is a bit of a misnomer. It doesn’t necessarily mean it’s for younger readers; it means it’s good for readers of any age.

Even you. Try it, you just might like it.
