He has not been to work in a month and seriously smashes the villains he encounters. But because Matthew Murdock, the man who passes as Daredevil is well-liked, his friends worry about him and want to help him. But although Murdock has been in deep trenches in the past, this one may be too much for him to crawl back from. It’s good to see that Daredevil has friends who will cover for him. I think it’s time Daredevil visited a shrink or something because he really is out of control. I’m hoping this storyline will be the one where we finally go deep inside of his mind. Past issues have dealt with Urich and Fogey moralizing him but he never considered what they said. Here, Daredevil seems beyond hope and already in stuck in the motion where he will destroy his life further. It will be interesting to see where Brubaker goes with this aftershock, after succeeding in breaking Daredevil’s spirit. Azaceta continues in the tradition of past Darevil artist with a strong palette of line work. However his coarse lines will come to an abrupt shock to readers used to more toned figurative from previous issues where even he contributed to.  The thicker line do express as much feelings than in the past, but Azaceta relies more on head and head gestures than facial expressions.
