Black Canary and Ev recruit Katanna, or let’s say Katanna decides to join their team. While trying to figure out who the mysterious men with cloaking suits are, the Birds of Prey meet Poison Ivy. But is she a foe or a villain?

This story is quite interesting because by adding Poison Ivy to the mix, it strikes out a potential master villainess that one could have suspected of being behind the mysterious cloaked men. The way they work with their explosive technology feels like something Poison Ivy would cook up. Readers who enjoy drama and suspense will adore this series. One point did stick out, peace –loving Black Canary did not once stop Katanna from using her weapons lethally.  The old Black Canary would have stopped any of her allies from using lethal force. Is this a new trait for Black Canary?

Saiz is excellent here. I just love how he draws women. They are hot but not exaggerated. They can kick ass and look good in skin-tight costumes, without looking like tramps. Saiz has the right mix for these characters.
