The Cincinnati Public Library’s Art & Music Department is throwing a hell of an exhibit with the help of Carol Tyler (whose highly anticipated comics collection, Late Bloomer -info below- is scheduled for release this year). Entitled “What’s New – Comic Revolutions: Underground Comix, Graphic Novels & Manga,” the exhibit showcases three important phases in the history of comic books in conjunction with a series of panels, workshops and lectures by local cartoonists and pioneers of the underground comix movement. If you’re in the area, don’t miss these events:
