CSI: NY–Bloody Murder
A young woman is slashed to death in a city park after dark. When witnesses tell the accounts of a beast-like attacker to Mac Taylor and Stella Bonasera, a local urban legend is resurrected. But will the real story prove to be even more horrific than the legends would have you believe?

CSI: NY–Bloody Murder is the debut miniseries to spotlight CSI: New York. It follows IDW’s successful miniseries based on CBS’s other two CSI shows. CSI and CSI: Miami.

CSI: NY–Bloody Murder #1 is written by popular CSI novelist and comics writer Max Allan Collins (CSI: Demon House, Road to Perdition) with stylized, photorealistic art by J.K. Woodward and Steve Perkins.

"We have a striking, strikingly different look for the CSI: NY mini-series," Collins said. "J.K. captures the cast and the Manhattan ambience perfectly, and Steve picks up the technique we used in the original CSI comics of providing a contrasting style for the forensic re-enactments. It's really gratifying to see my scripts come so effectively to life."

CSI: NY–Bloody Murder is a five-issue miniseries that debuts in July.
