Bruce Campbell’s Man with the Screaming Brain feature film debuts on Sci-Fi Channel this Saturday September 10 at 9pm! (Pacific)

Don’t miss the television premiere of Bruce Campbell’s feature film Man with the Screaming Brain on the Sci-Fi Channel, Saturday, Sept. 10 at 9pm/8pmC. (Check your local listings)

B-movie megastar Bruce Campbell of Evil Dead, Army of Darkness, and Bubba Ho-Tep fame not only co-wrote the feature film of the same name with David Goodman, but also directed and starred in it as well.

Man with the Screaming Brain tells the story of a wealthy American businessman determined to exploit the crippled economy of a former Soviet state torn between communist roots and capitalist greed. But Campbell’s character soon finds himself in the grip of a mad scientist with a twisted brain-transplant scheme worthy of Dr. Frankenstein.

This past spring Dark Horse released a “director’s cut” version of the film in comic form. Campbell put the version of the script he wanted to shoot, without budgetary constraints, into the hands of artists Rick Remender and Hilary Barta. A collection of the four-issue comic series will arrive on sale Nov. 16 with a retail price of $13.95.
