Bendis just keeps the goodness coming with this series. We get more great dialogue again. I really love the way he gives Spider-man sooo much feeling. Yeah he has powers, but you also know he's young and still not too sure what he's doing. I did think this seemed kinda short though, which was a shame.
Finch opens this book up with some great panels and just keeps it coming from there. I really like his in the shadow sequence (opposite Hulk DVD ad). The only things I thought were a bit off this issue were Daredevils costume (really does look like he's wearing his pants over tights) and the mystery women's face looks mad weird when she's screaming (this might be me). The way he captures Spider-mans movements is great and his action shots are real good. Ultimate Spider-man just keeps its quality each month. Colours, inks, everything comes together to help set the mood and tell a great story.
Well, we still have no answers. Who are these people hunting Wolverine? I did think, it might be Silver Sable and her Wild Pack, but she was Russian I think! Is this a government mission? If it was though, wouldn't this be a job for The Ultimates! The biggest question though has to be, where are the other X-Men? I mean, this is Ultimate X-Men. Anyway, this is some good stuff and it's just the middle. We got three more issues and you know it's just going to get better an better.
