It's mayhem in the underworld as the factions of the world-controlling super-villain cadre known as The Fraternity square off against each other.
After the shocking conclusion of the last issue things really kick in with Mr Rictus' plans for dominance. We witness the methodical, depraved actions of his crew and Miller really goes to town. The issue is put together well. Even though the whole takeover was an obvious occurrence, its handling is done in a way to keep you interested. Wesley's current mindset is a fascinating turnabout however and help adds a new dimension to this story.
To say Jones art was bad would be a complete lie. He gives us some really nice stuff this issue. From the acceptance and resolve of Doll Master, to Fox's inner sadness when asked by Wesley about his father. He show's us all this in the facial expressions, but so subtly. And only thing that seems weird though, is the look of Wesley and Fox. Wesley's Eminem look has been toned down slightly and Fox no longer has any resemblance to Jada Pinkett.
