ELEPHANTMEN #11 SELLS OUT; WAR TOYS FLASH MOVIE TRAILER ONLINE

Image Comics reports that Elephant #11 has sold out at distributor level within a month of its release. If you missed out on this issue, scour your local comic book store for copies -- and place upcoming issues on reserve -- as there are no plans for reprints of this issue or #10, which is also sold out at Diamond.

“I'd really like to thank retailers, podcasters and online reviewers for giving our book so much incredible support,” said Richard Starkings, Elephantmen writer and creator, “You can't buy word-of-mouth but we're getting a LOT of incredible buzz on the book and Moritat and I are committed to getting the book back on schedule now that Moritat has recovered from his recent repetitive strain injuries.”

Elephantmen: War Toys #1 hit stores December 12, 2007, and Comicraft's Secret Weapon, "JG" Roshell has created yet another incredible flash movie promo for the book, which you can find here: http://www.hipflask.com/issues/wartoys1/trailer.html

INVASION! Africa and China are at war. The battlefield: Europe. Enter: MAPPO's genetically engineered soldiers, The Elephantmen. At last, Starkings & Moritat tell the story of the war to end all wars in this special three-issue mini-series... On Sale Now!

ELEPHANTMEN #11: CORPSE MARKERS
By Starkings & Moritat, cover by Ladrönn, flip cover by Moritat.
Nikken: Creator of the Elephantmen, Scientist, Geneticist. Imprisoned for crimes against humanity. Serengheti: African, Businessman, a man who hates the Elephantmen. These are two men driven by hungers and desires that would chill the souls of ordinary mortals, yet still pawns in a bigger game played by men of much darker visions. This issue also features a six-page tribute to our friend Mike Wieringo, including an extensive interview and the step-by-step creation of his Hip Flask pinup.
