PLANET HULK ACT TWO BEGINS IN INCREDIBLE HULK #96: ANARCHY RULES
 
In_ INCREDIBLE HULK #96_, the Hulk finds out the hard way that anarchy reigns supreme on the alien world he finds himself stranded on.

In Part 1 of_ Planet Hulk: Anarchy_, the Jade Giant is on the run from the Imperial Army with his crew of Warbound escapees.  But now that they have escaped the Great Arena, how will they exact retribution on the Red King and his followers?
