Ghost Rider is just a really fun book to read, it's fun to watch the interplay between Lucifer and Johnny Blaze. Johnny, while being a cool guy, is alway's on the bad luck side of things. Their's a line in this issue that sum's him up perfectly, it goes: "But that's just me, Johnny Blaze -- Always trying to do the right thing, but always doing it wrong." In this Issue, Johnny's back on earth, so it has an obviously different feel than the first issue where everything took place in hell, but even so, they still managed to cram in quite a bit of fire sequences, which i'll go out on a limb and say will probably be the norm from here on out.
The art is absolutely fantastic, especially the flame's that engulf Ghost Rider's skull. As Hervé said in his previous review of Ghost Rider #1, The colourist should be credited for giving a 3D feel to the art.
