Over
the next few days, we will be updating The Comic Book Bin Presents on
a daily basis, all leading up to the launch of Epic Games and
Microsoft Game Studios' Gears
of War 2
next Friday, November 7th.
As part of Days of Gears, we'll be showing the developer diaries for
the game to give you a good perspective of what to expect when
actually you actually get it home. For those of you who have already
seen the game's developer diaries, sorry to disappoint, but maybe
you'll see something you missed the first time, or maybe you just
missed one. So without further ado, here is the first in the Gears
of War 2
developer diaries, Part
1 – Touch the Sound.
Please
note, Gears
of War 2
is rated M for Mature, which means that it is for players aged 17 and
up. If you are a parent/grandparent considering purchasing this game
for your young child/grandchild this holiday season and do not
believe them to be mature enough to handle the level of violence in
this game, do not purchase it. Do not purchase the game and then,
upon seeing your young child/grandchild playing it, condemn it for
its level of violence. Gears
of War 2 was
not designed to be played by young children. It was meant to be
played by adults.
